So, how do you attract new graduates to your organisation? One way is to promote your Graduate Program and show how it’s helped previous inductees. With very limited time, we shot a number of current and previous Nestlé “NextGen” graduates in front of a green screen and produced two short videos to promote the program. We also shot a couple of multi-camera interviews with a couple of the graduates who shared their experience of the program. The videos are now being promoted through Nestlé’s website, on YouTube and embedded in a recruitment site and, judging by the viewer numbers, are helping get the message out there about how good an organisation Nestlé is to work for and why the Graduate Program is a good way to start a corporate career.
